§ 24.03. Scope.

After the adoption of this Code, no structure shall be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, converted, moved, removed, maintained, raised, lowered, underpinned or demolished, nor shall the equipment of a building, structure or premises be constructed, installed, altered, repaired or removed, nor shall the structure be occupied or the occupancy of the structure be changed in the City, except in conformity with the provisions of these regulations.
