§ 24.20. Natural drainage, maintaining.

No property shall be altered or developed in such a manner as to:
(a)

Increase stormwater runoff onto adjacent property by allowing rain that falls on property being altered or developed to runoff onto adjacent property.

(b)

Change or alter natural drainage patterns in such a manner as to restrict discharge from adjacent property.
