§ 25.10. Establishment of limits of fire districts.

The fire district of the City shall consist of those portions of the City which are classified as C-I, C-1a, C-2, C2-a, C-3, and C-3a use districts by terms of the zoning ordinance of the City. As such districts are, or may be hereafter changed by amendments to the zoning ordinance, the fire district shall automatically be changed in conformity therewith. A building or other structure shall be deemed to be within the fire district if one-third or more of the area of such building or structure is located therein.
