§ 2.04. Council agenda.

All business desired to be placed on the prepared agenda of matters to be considered by the City Council at any regular meeting must be presented to the City Manager in writing prior to 9:00 a.m. Thursday next preceding such meeting. Matters not appearing on the agenda may be presented as miscellaneous business. The City Manager shall prepare the agenda so that the City Council might reasonably take timely action upon matters presented for its action or review and within the regular meeting dates and hours as set out in Section 2.02 herein.
