§ 31.262. Penalties.

Penalties for violation of this Article shall be a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), which fines may be imposed by either or both a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Mayor after hearing.

Notwithstanding the imposition of the fines aforesaid, any license issued pursuant to this Article shall be subject to suspension or revocation in accordance with Article I of this Chapter.
