§ 36.27. Consumption on the premises.

It shall be unlawful for any person having a Class "PL" or "CBW" license to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor for consumption on the licensed premises, or to permit any other consumption of alcoholic liquor, including tasting, as defined in this chapter, on such premises.
