It shall be unlawful for any person, except employees, under the age of twenty-one
(21) years to be in any licensed "B," "C," "RSB," "RLS," "RHA" "H" or "BF" premises
unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This shall not prohibit a person under
the age of twenty-one (21) years from being in an establishment which holds itself
out to be a restaurant, hotel or banquet facility, as defined in this Chapter, for
the purpose of consumption of food on the premises, and where the majority of the
gross income of the licensed establishment is derived from the service of food, or
for the purpose of utilizing the sleeping accommodations of a hotel. A person under
the age of twenty-one (21) years is prohibited from being present in any room on the
licensed premises used primarily for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
