§ 38.5.6. Franchise area—Expansion of area—Extension of system—Service to franchise area.

(a)

Unless specified differently in the franchise agreement, the franchise area shall be all territory within the corporate limits of the City existing on the date a franchise is originally granted or renewed.

(b)

Unless specified differently in the franchise agreement, the franchise area shall be automatically expanded upon annexation of any territory to the City to include such territory under the same terms and conditions of this Article.
