§ 38.5.8. Leased capacity.

A grantee shall have the right, without prior City approval, to lease or rent to third parties any capacity or bandwidth which it does not utilize to provide its own cable services to end users; provided, that the grantee shall file with the City either:
(a)

A copy of the registration required under Article II of this Chapter; or

(b)

The original executed registration of the retailer, provider or cable operator, together with the requested fee.
