§ 44.153. Unnecessary noise.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle which makes unusually loud or unnecessary noise.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in a manner to cause the spinning of its tires, sometimes called peeling or burning rubber, at any time within the City of Elmhurst.
