There is hereby established a schedule of fees and charges for the zoning, development
of land and construction of buildings and other improvements within the City. Such
fees shall apply to all types of building or construction of structures and other
improvements, grading or other excavation, filling and modification to land, applications
for amendments to the text of the zoning ordinance or official zoning map, variations,
conditional use permits, planned unit development permits, the subdivision of property
and review of site, building and land modification plans.
