Chapter 51. OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE, SAFETY AND MORALS

§ 51.36. Injuring advertisements.

It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, tear, mutilate, cover over or otherwise deface or injure any handbill, placard or advertisement lawfully posted or exhibited. This shall not be construed to prevent the owner or any person in charge of any such handbills, placard or advertisement from tearing, removing or covering the same.
