Chapter 51. OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE, SAFETY AND MORALS

§ 51.62. Penalty.

Any person who violates Section 51.60 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of from one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). Each day on which a violation exists shall be deemed a separate violation. In addition to such fine, the City Council may authorize the City Attorney to file an action in the appropriate court to enforce the provisions hereof.
