§ 6.15. Excessive height of weeds, plants and grass; declared a nuisance.

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit weeds, grasses or plants, other than trees, bushes, vegetable gardens, flowers or other ornamental plants, to grow to a height exceeding eight inches anywhere in the City except as permitted under Section 6.14. Any such plants or weeds exceeding such height other than those permitted are hereby declared to be a nuisance.
