§ 31.258. Register of licenses and permits.

The City Clerk shall keep a register of the name, address and photograph of each person owning or operating a taxicab licensed under this Article, together with the license number and the description, make and model of such taxicab, with the date and complete record of inspections made of it. Such records shall be open to the inspection of the public at all reasonable times, and shall be public records.
