§ 31.259. Books and records of account.

Every licensed taxicab company shall keep accurate books and records of account and log books of service rendered in its dispatching office. The City Manager or his designee shall be permitted to examine those books and records of account and logs as they may relate to a specific charge that is the subject of a complaint or public hearing under the provisions of this Chapter.
