§ 44.111. Notice to violator; fines.

Upon finding a vehicle parked in violation of this chapter, the police officer shall attach to the vehicle a notice to the owner or operator thereof that the vehicle has been parked in violation of a provision of this chapter instructing the owner or operator to report to the Police Department or municipal building in regard to the violation. Fines shall be those established for overtime parking under Section 44.200.
