§ 44.112. Manner of payment; to whom made; receipt, handling.

Such payment shall be made in accordance with the instructions contained in the aforesaid citation, at the office of the City Collector who shall issue a receipt for the money so received and promptly remit said amount to the City Treasurer to be credited to the proper municipal fund.
