§ 44.114. Designation of collectors; bond required; city collector to receive proceeds.

The Chief of Police shall designate such collectors and methods as are necessary to properly collect all coins deposited in meter boxes. The collectors shall be bonded in a sum not less than $1,000 for the faithful performance of their duties. All money collected by such collectors shall be deposited with the City Collector. A separate accounting shall be maintained at all times money is deposited.
