§ 44.113. Failure to respond to citation.

In the event that the person to whom said citation is issued fails to settle and pay said violation claim within the prescribed time, then the police officer is authorized to refer the settlement of the claim to any collection agency authorized by the City Council or to commence a proceeding in the Circuit Court for the 18th Judicial Circuit.
