Chapter 51. OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE, SAFETY AND MORALS

§ 51.44. Importing gambling devices into city.

No person shall bring into the city or have in his possession in the city for the purpose of gaming, any table, thing or device of any kind or nature, whereon or with which money or any other thing of value may in any manner be played for, except as permitted by the Charitable Games Act.
